Customer Relationship Management

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is about finding, acquiring, and retaining the best, most profitable customers. In other words we can define it as a methodology which is used to learn about the Customer. As a strategy CRM places the customer as the center of a business. When implemented in a proper manner, the goal is to give deep information about the customers in return which supports the areas of the marketing, product planning, sales, finance and customer service.

WE can categorize the CRM into Marketing, Sales and Customer Services.
